• Limited edition. Only 115 official NoteWordy cards printed with this design along with 20 prototype (unofficial and not stamped). When they are gone there will not be another printing in this format.
  
  
• NoteWordy.com owns the rights to the 4.25 inch by 5.5 inch notecard size which means we can ensure that this is truly a limited-edition. The artist retains copyrights to other formats (sizes)
  
  
• Official (non-prototype) cards are stamped and numbered for authentication.
  
  
• Each NoteWordy Limited-edition card comes with an envelope stamped with United States Postal Service First Class postage based on the date it was released.

The Story on the Back ….

Many NoteWordy cards have a brief story, “vignette” or commentary on the back of the card that relates to the art on the front of the card. The following is the text on the back of the “Lighthouse” card:

Not more than a speck on the horizon, but it is enough to let you know that you will make your port tonight. The journey has been long and difficult. The seas have tossed your ship and nearly broken your spirit.

You are soaked to the very fiber of your being … but the lighthouse appears … and you know that all will be well in the world and you will sit by a roaring fire with a hot drink and a warm blanket tonight.
